How Well Does My Sister Know Me??

Dear Hobbitses, meet my sister Ellie who will be collaborating with me on this post! *polite round of applause* She came up with a list of questions for me, but before I answer them she’s gonna attempt to guess what they are. I guess we’ll find out how well she really knows me😆 Enjoy!

1. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?

Ellie’s guess: New Zealand.

My answer: there’s a lot of places I would love to go, but yes, New Zealand is at the top! Not only is there beautiful scenery and both mountains and beaches, there’s also the real life Shire and all the places LOTR was filmed!

2. Where is your favorite place to go?

Ellie’s guess: My grandparents house.

My answer: Grandma and Grandpa’s house. So true. It’s been my favorite place to go since birth😁

3. Who would you love to meet?

Ellie’s guess: Joel and Luke Smallbone.

My answer: I’m not into meeting celebs or anything. I like people who mean something to me. So yeah, I’d love to meet Joel and Luke Smallbone. I mean, I seriously have never seen for KING & COUNTRY in concert before😱

4. What is your dream job?

Ellie’s guess: Vet.

My answer: a mommy. Don’t tell me it ain’t a job cause it is! A 24/7 job. I also want to be an author (which means I’ll have to stick with writing a book more then just one or two chapters😆)

5. Who is your favorite author?

Ellie’s guess: Brandon Sanderson.

My answer: Sanderson used to be my favorite author… now it’s Ted Dekker! His books contain such spiritual significance, plus cool facts and interesting plots! I’m also getting into Joel Rosenberg’s stuff.

6. Who is your favorite singer(s)?

Ellie’s guess: For King & Country.

My answer: yes. You already knew that one though! I tend to gravitate towards male singers for some reason.

7. Who is your favorite fictional character?

Ellie’s guess: Frodo Baggins.

My answer: when she asked this question my mind kept turning to Kaladin from Brandon Sanderson’s the Stormlite Archives. I actually have only read the first book because it took forever for me to have access to the second one at a different library. Now I have to read the whole first book again before I can read the second. And if you know how thick them books are you know what a big deal that is😄 But hey, that’s just the way I roll.

I wrote that before I got the first three books of the series on my birthday! So now I’m reading The Way of Kings again and is just sooo good! And yep, Kaladin’s my fav!

8. What is your favorite song?

Ellie’s guess: “Fight On, Fighter” by For King & Country.

Emma’s answer: “God’s Not Done With You” by Tauren Wells. This is such a beautiful song, and I’ve been listening to it a lot lately.

9. What is your favorite Bible verse?

Ellie’s guess: John 3:16

My answer: I’ve had several, but here’s my current favorite: Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” When you think about it, it really is amazing that the God of Heaven would think about me and you! And think such wonderful, caring thoughts too!

10. What is your favorite restaurant?

Ellie’s guess: Chick-fil-A

My answer: Zorbas!! Their gyros are amazing!! If you haven’t been, you need to go!
